I loved the location of this hotel! It was very close to Canal City and there were many bus stops nearby. The staff also gave freebies upon check-in, which was a nice surprise. The hotel was very clean and modern, making my stay very comfortable.
Don't have any issues at all.

On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located close to bus stops and Canal City, making it easy to get around and explore. Plus, for those looking for a tranquil place to relax, the hotel is situated next to a cemetery.
The hotel's front desk is quite far from the building, which made checking in a hassle.

We spent an amazing Christmas at this hotel! the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling nightlife and delicious local eats. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering us helpful tips on where to go and what to see during our stay. We also enjoyed the in, room amenities, particularly the comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere.
It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions on where to go and what to expect upon arrival.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel with its clean and spacious rooms. The location was ideal as it was within walking distance to popular attractions and shopping areas. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest train station, making it easy to explore further afield without having to walk too far.
Our experience was dampened due to the lack of available cooking facilities beyond boiling water, which made it difficult to prepare simple meals. the check-in process at a separate location was an inconvenience and caused us to waste time that could have been better spent enjoying the city.
